Delete your Ragya account

You can delete your account here, or in the app from the account pane: Delete Ragya Account.

What’s deleted

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your postal address, date of birth and profile picture
  • Your favourites, your own playlists and your playback settings
  • Your sign-in: you’re signed out everywhere, and no one can sign in to the account again

What’s kept

  • Payment records: what was paid, when, for which plan, and how. Indian tax and company law requires us to keep them for eight years. We use them for nothing else.
  • What was played, with nothing that names you. Artistes are paid by how much their music is played, so these counts stay.
  • Lyrics or translations you sent that were published, without your name.

Your Premium

  • Premium ends straight away, and monthly payments stop.
  • If you pay for a 4-device plan, the people you’ve given places lose Premium too.
  • There’s no refund for time left on a plan. See Refunds and cancellations.

Deleting can’t be undone. To use Ragya again, you’d make a new account.

Can’t sign in? Write to support@ragya.com from the email address on your account, and we’ll delete it for you.

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d tell us why, write to support@ragya.com.
