What benefits will I get when I pay for Ragya Premium?

The paid version of Ragya unlocks:

• Ragya's full collection of 1000+ hours of music, including some exclusive music, all in high quality

• The ability to browse and listen by your choice of artiste, instrument or raga

• The ability to customise prahar player by instrumental and vocal

I have subscribed to Ragya Premium but my account still shows me as a Free listener. What could be the problem?

This is a commonly faced issue, no problem. Here's how to solve it:

• This happens if there is a difference between how you signed up initially and how you are logging in now. For example, if you signed up using one of your social accounts such as Facebook or Google or Apple, but now you log in using your email ID, then you will face this problem. To overcome this problem, login using the same method you used to sign up. If you cannot remember how you signed up, please write to us at .

• If you're signed in with the registered email ID and still unable to access Ragya Premium, it is likely you're on an iPhone. All you have to do is quit the Ragya app and open it again. It should work. For detailed instructions for this, click here

• In case you are still unable to access Premium, please write in to usand we'll solve your issue as soon as we can.

How can I change from a monthly recurring to 1 year subscription?

Sorry, it is currently not possible to directly update from monthly to yearly plan. To change your membership plan from monthly to 1 year subscription, you may cancel your subscription and purchase 1 year of Ragya premium at the end of your current billing month.

Can I use Ragya on multiple devices using the same login ID?

Sorry, this is currently not possible. This is because our revenue share model with the artistes is built in a way in which every subscriber's contribution and listenership are simply tied into revenue for the artiste. However, we're working on bringing in a family plan soon.

Is the 1 year subscription charged recurring or one-time?

One time. Only the monthly plan is recurring.

I want to unsubscribe from my monthly recurring plan. Please help.

That's easy, you don't need our help for that. Just click on your name in the top right of your device screen (desktop or mobile). Your account pane will come up. Scroll down in the pane and you will see 'Cancel Subscription'. Click on that and Confirm to follow through with the cancellation

PAYMENTS

I'm unable to pay for the monthly recurring plan because my debit card doesn't allow it. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. This is a frequently faced issue by listeners and is caused by RBI regulations not allowing most payment methods for recurring debit from bank accounts or cards. Please write in to us at contact@ragya.com and we will try and find a workable solution.

GENERAL

Can I share a song from Ragya?

Not in the current version of Ragya. However, we're working on this and you will soon be able to.

Some known artistes like Ravi Shankar, etc are not here. Can you bring (some artiste I like) on the platform?

We're working hard to bring your favourite artistes on the platform, so please stay tuned while we do. Alternately, please reach out to us if you can help us with this.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, we do have a Ragya mobile app that you can find and download both from the Google Play Store (Android phones) and Apple App Store (iPhone).

Can I make my own playlist when I subscribe to Premium?

Not currently, but we're working on this!

When will you add Carnatic music?
