No, there is no fees of any kind that the artiste has to pay to sign up and add their music to Ragya. As a matter of fact, artistes will earn revenue from Ragya.
Does the music provided by the artiste have to be a studio recording only?
Not necessarily. The music can be a recording from a studio, a baithak or any other live performance as long as it is audible and clear and will be enjoyable for the listeners.
Does the music provided by the artiste have to be a recent recording?
No. The music can be be as recent or as old. We also would love to include gramophone digitisations which might not be the best in quality in-terms of sound but are brilliant and/or rare presentations of the ragas.
